Masami Mitsuoka (光岡昌美 Mitsuoka Masami?) (born August 14, 1986 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese singer. Masami is a former member of Sister Q. In December 2006 she became the face of the National Association of Commercial Broadcasters (NAB).
